Happy Pumpkin Corn Maze Treasure Hunt – Official Rules & Terms

By participating in The Happy Pumpkin Corn Maze Treasure Hunt (“Promotion”), participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

• The treasure hunt is open to individuals of all ages.

• Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• No purchase is necessary to participate.

• Employees or family members of employees at The Happy Pumpkin Corn Maze or Field of Fear Haunted House are not eligible for the treasure hunt.

Participation

• Registration is required to receive treasure hunt clues.

• Participants may enter only once unless otherwise stated.

• Providing false or inaccurate information may result in disqualification.

Treasure Hunt Rules

• Clues may be released through email, social media, The Happy Pumpkin Corn Maze website, or other designated channels.

• Participants must follow all applicable laws and respect private property at all times.

• Clues will never require participants to trespass, damage property, enter restricted areas, or engage in unsafe behavior.

• Any participant engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive conduct may be disqualified.

Prize Redemption

• The first participant to locate and properly claim the treasure according to the instructions provided will be declared the winner.

• Winners may be required to verify their identity before receiving a prize.

• Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise stated and may not be transferred or exchanged.

Publicity

• By participating, winners grant The Happy Pumpkin Corn Maze permission to use their first name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the treasure hunt without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

• Participants assume all risks associated with participation.

• The Happy Pumpkin Corn Maze, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, technical issues, or other incidents arising from participation in the treasure hunt.

• Participants are responsible for their own transportation, safety, and personal belongings.

Modification or Cancellation

• The Happy Pumpkin Corn Maze reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the treasure hunt at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, safety concerns, or other factors beyond its control.

Privacy

• Information submitted during registration will be used solely for administering the treasure hunt and related communications and will not be sold to third parties.

• This promotion is sponsored and administered by The Happy Pumpkin Corn Maze, located at 3462 W. 2900 S., West Haven, Utah 84401.
